Titilola Olatunde-Fasogbon is a Senior Associate and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution team.

Her experience cuts across varied fields of general civil litigation, including contentious disputes arising from commercial transactions, insurance and tax dispute, public interest litigation, employment and labour relations, land dispute and election petition.

Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a wide range of matters, including general corporate advisory and litigation. She also participates in due diligence exercises conducted on target companies for investment, mergers and acquisitions.

Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring

UUBO is pleased to have advised Tangerine Life Insurance Limited and ARM Life PLC on the merger of both companies. The merger is expected to improve the positioning of the Enlarged Tangerine Life Limited in the life insurance sector, creating a stronger player with a larger retail footprint and an increased underwriting capacity.
