UUBO Senior Partner, Dr. Myma Belo-Osagie, was a speaker at a Continuing Legal Education session on Managing Succession in law firms organised by the Ghana Bar Association at its recent Annual Conference in Koforidua, Ghana where, together with other speakers, she shared her experience in managing a law firm and addressed issues including vision, fit, purpose, processes, staff welfare and the separation of management from legal practice.
